Returns and Refunds

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date either online or instore for online purchases and return within 2 days from invoice date for in-store purchases.

  • To initiate an online return, visit your account's “orders” section and submit a return request.
  • The return window for online returns is 14 days, and processing typically takes 2-5 days.
  • If your purchase includes both returnable and non-returnable items, the entire invoice will be considered non-returnable.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account within 3-7 business days.
  • For in-store purchases, the return window is 14 days from the invoice date in all countries except for KSA and Kuwait, where the return window is limited to 2 days only.
  • All contact lenses are non-returnable.
  • All ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable.
  • For detailed information regarding the eligibility of returns for specific products, kindly refer to the respective product page.
  • Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Progressive lenses bought in store can be exchanged within 45 days or purchase, you need to have the original receipt.

Lenses will be exchanged for two pairs of lenses one for reading and one for distance.

The replacement pairs must, however, be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
